Five PHCC softball players earn six all-Region spots

Patrick Henry Community College had five of its softball players earn six all-Region X selections Thursday night, with two earning first-team spots. Infielder Mary Skillman and utility player Lindsey Packard were named to the region’s top team, while Samantha Barton, Nikkia Logan and Bridget Farmer earned second-team spots. Soccer tryout dates are set

Patrick Henry Community College will hold open tryouts for its men's and women's soccer team on Aug. 1-2 at the Smith River Sports Complex. Athletes are asked to bring cleats, shin guards and a ball with them to the two required sessions each day during the tryouts.
