Region 10 Division III Men’s Basketball Tournament bracket at Sandhills Community College, February 20–22. No. 4 Patrick & Henry Patriots play No. 5 Camp on February 20 at 7:00 p.m. The winner advances to face No. 1 Virginia Peninsula on February 21 at 1:00 p.m. On the other side of the bracket, No. 3 Sandhills plays No. 2 Oxford-Emory on February 21 at 3:00 p.m. The semifinal winners advance to the championship game on February 22 at 1:00 p.m., where the Region 10 Division III Champion will be determined.

Patriots Set for Region 10 Division III Tournament at Sandhills Community College

MARTINSVILLE, VA – With the regular season officially complete following Wednesday night's matchup against Tidewater Community College, the Patrick & Henry Community College men's basketball team now shifts its focus to postseason play at the NJCAA Region 10 Division III Tournament this weekend.

The tournament will be hosted by Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, N.C., inside The Hangar – Heins Gymnasium, located in the Dempsey Student Center. Patrick & Henry enters the bracket as the No. 4 seed and will open tournament play Friday at 7:00 p.m. against No. 5 Camp Community College.

The winner of Friday's contest will advance to Saturday's 1:00 p.m. semifinal matchup against top-seeded Virginia Peninsula Community College. The opposite side of the bracket features No. 3 Sandhills Community College facing No. 2 Oxford-Emory on Saturday at 3:00 p.m., with the winners advancing to Sunday's championship game scheduled for 1:00 p.m.

Admission for the Region 10 Tournament will be $8.00 per day at the gate. There will be no all-tournament passes available, as daily admission will be required each day. Sandhills Community College will also have a concession stand open and available throughout the tournament.

The Region 10 Tournament Champion will advance to the Mid-Atlantic District Championship next weekend. The district tournament will begin February 27, with the Region 20 Champion facing the Region 4/12 Champion, while the Region 10 Champion will take on the Region 20 Runner-Up. The two winners from those matchups will meet February 28 to determine the district champion and earn a berth to the NJCAA Division III Men's Basketball National Championship.
