The Lady Patriots then defeated the Storm 3-0 (25-12, 25-11, 25-14) before advancing to the Region 10 Championship Game against Walters State Community.

“I cannot believe this” said Head Coach Kelly Proffitt.  “This is amazing. I am so proud of the girls, our coaching, staff and our entire college.”

PHCC first year head coach Kelly Proffitt was named the 2015 Region 10 Coach of the Year, while Mikayla Holland and Sidney Garrett were both First Team All-Region selections. Brook Leach was 2nd Team All-Region followed by Randi Robertson and Janika Hunt who both earned Honorable Mention honors.

The Patriots will compete in a district match next Saturday in Pennsylvania with a competitor to be determined. The winner of the district match will move on to the national tournament.
